Human AKT1 (D323H_C296S) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. AKT1 (D323H_C296S) BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human AKT1 gene with D323H and C296S mutations into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The AKT1 D323H and C296S mutations alter regulatory and catalytic domains, potentially affecting phosphorylation dynamics and downstream signaling.
