The Human B2M_FCGRT 293T Cell Line was generated using lentiviral transduction technology to stably express the human B2M and FCGRT genes in 293T cells. 293T cells, derived from human embryonic kidney, are widely used in molecular biology research due to their high transfection efficiency and robust protein expression. Stable expression of B2M and FCGRT provides a reliable model for investigating IgG transport and recycling mechanisms.
Target
B2M (Beta-2-microglobulin) is a component of MHC class I molecules, involved in immune recognition. FCGRT (Fc fragment of IgG receptor and transporter) is critical for IgG homeostasis and transcytosis. Co-expression of B2M and FCGRT in this model enables evaluation of FcRn biology and therapeutic antibody pharmacokinetics.
