Human B2M_HLA (A0201) K562 Cell Line, B2M, HLA, Overexpression Stable Cell Lines, Transfected Stable Cell Lines
Human B2M_HLA (A0201) K562 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human chronic myeloid leukemia K562 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. B2M_HLA (A0201) K562 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human B2M and HLA-A0201 genes into K562 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
B2M and HLA-A0201 constitute the major histocompatibility complex class I (MHC-I), crucial for antigen presentation and immune surveillance. Restoring MHC-I surface expression in immune-deficient K562 cells enables T-cell recognition studies. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
