The human BCR-ABL (F317C) BAF3 Cell Line helps explore TKI resistance mechanisms and supports leukemia research involving ABL kinase variants.
The Human BCR_ABL (F317C) BAF3 Cell Line was generated through stable lentiviral transduction of the BAF3 cell line with the human BCR_ABL gene harboring the F317C mutation. BAF3 cells, which are IL-3-dependent murine pro-B cells, become IL-3-independent upon BCR_ABL expression, offering a sensitive assay system for tyrosine kinase inhibitor screening.
Target
BCR_ABL is a fusion oncogene commonly associated with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). The F317C mutation confers resistance to certain second-generation ABL kinase inhibitors. This model supports the evaluation of drug sensitivity and resistance mechanisms.
AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
