The human BCR_ABL (F359L) BAF3 Cell Line supports research on tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance mechanisms in hematological malignancies.
The Human BCR_ABL (F359L) BAF3 Cell Line was constructed via lentiviral transduction to express the F359L-mutant BCR_ABL oncogene. The mutation supports IL-3-independent cell proliferation.
Target
F359L mutation reduces sensitivity to several TKIs by altering the kinase domain conformation. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
