The human BCR-ABL (M244V) BAF3 Cell Line models tyrosine kinase mutations to support research on leukemia progression and therapeutic resistance.
Human BCR_ABL (M244V) BAF3 Cell Line is a murine Ba/F3 cell line modified to express the BCR-ABL fusion gene with a clinically relevant M244V mutation. The stable cell line is created using lentiviral vectors, with gene expression verified by qRT-PCR and cultured under low passage conditions (<P20). Target The BCR-ABL oncogene is the hallmark of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), encoding a constitutively active tyrosine kinase. The M244V mutation may impact kinase function or inhibitor sensitivity. BCR-ABL drives cellular proliferation through STAT, MAPK, and PI3K signaling. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
