The Human BCR_ABL (M351T) BAF3 Cell Line expresses the human BCR_ABL gene with the M351T mutation. The stable integration was achieved using lentiviral vectors, enabling IL-3-independent growth of BAF3 cells.
Target
M351T is a clinically relevant mutation that can moderately affect sensitivity to TKIs. It lies within the kinase domain of the ABL gene.
