Human BCR_ABL (V299L) BAF3 Cell Line aids in analyzing mutation-induced resistance to targeted leukemia treatments in vitro experimental models.
This BAF3 cell line was modified to stably express the V299L-mutant form of BCR_ABL via lentiviral transduction. The mutation renders the cells independent of IL-3 for proliferation.
