Description

This BAF3 cell line was modified to stably express the V299L-mutant form of BCR_ABL via lentiviral transduction. The mutation renders the cells independent of IL-3 for proliferation.
Target
The V299L mutation is linked to altered sensitivity to second-generation TKIs and affects the drug-binding region of the kinase domain.
