Description

Human BCR_ABL (V468F) BAF3 Overexpression Cell Line is a lentiviral-engineered Ba/F3 cell model stably expressing the V468F mutant form of BCR-ABL. The cells are verified by qRT-PCR and maintained under low passage conditions (<P20). Target The V468F mutation in BCR-ABL affects the kinase domain, altering inhibitor sensitivity and contributing to therapeutic resistance in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML).
