The human BCR_ABL (Y253H) BAF3 Cell Line enables investigation of mutation-driven treatment resistance in chronic myeloid leukemia research.
This cell line expresses the human BCR_ABL gene harboring the Y253H mutation in the BAF3 cell background. Lentiviral transduction enables stable gene integration and cytokine-independent growth.
Target
The Y253H mutation is located in the ATP-binding loop of ABL and is linked to resistance against first- and second-generation TKIs. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
