Description

Human Blood CD14+ Cells are highly purified monocytes isolated from the peripheral blood of healthy human donors. CD14 is a key surface marker involved in pathogen recognition and innate immune responses. These monocytes are isolated using advanced magnetic-activated cell sorting (MACS) or fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) techniques, ensuring a purity greater than 95% with high viability. Each vial contains 20 million cells, exhibiting typical monocyte morphology and expressing hallmark markers including CD14, CD11b, while lacking lymphocyte-specific markers such as CD3 and CD19. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
