Description

Human Blood CD14+ Cells are highly purified monocytes isolated from peripheral blood of healthy human donors. These cells express CD14, a co-receptor for bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS), playing a crucial role in innate immune defense. Isolation is performed using magnetic-activated cell sorting (MACS) or fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS), with a purity exceeding 90% with high viability. The product is provided in aliquots of 40 million cells per vial, suitable for large-scale experiments. The cells exhibit classical monocyte morphology and express key markers including CD14, CD11b, but are negative for lymphocyte markers (CD3, CD19). Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
