Advance Human Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells CD34+ Depleted for immune cell assays, hematopoiesis research, and transplantation model development.
Human Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells CD34+ Depleted are a heterogeneous population of bone marrow mononuclear cells obtained by efficiently removing CD34+ hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells through immune magnetic bead separation (e.g., MACS) or high-precision flow cytometry sorting. This population primarily includes lymphocytes, monocytes and other myeloid progenitor cells. Morphologically, these cells exhibit significant heterogeneity with variations in cell size and nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio. Functionally, this heterogeneous population participates in immune-related and stromal-supportive processes within the bone marrow microenvironment. This CD34+ depleted fraction provides a defined cellular context for research on CD34-negative cells in marrow and supports mechanistic evaluation in applications of CD34-depleted bone marrow cells at the phenotypic and functional levels. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells CD34+ Depleted can be utilized as an in vitro cell model to study immune regulation mechanisms. This enables the exploration of interactions among different immune cells as well as signal transduction pathways, thereby contributing to immunological research. These cells can also be employed for evaluating drug immunotoxicity.
