Human BRAF (G464R) BAF3 Cell Line enables exploration of BRAF mutation-induced MAPK pathway activation and its implications for drug development.
Human BRAF (G464R) BAF3 Overexpression Cell Line is developed from murine pro-B Ba/F3 cells to express human BRAF with the G464R mutation through lentiviral vector-mediated stable integration. The edited cells are cultured under low-passage conditions (<P20) and confirmed for gene overexpression via qRT-PCR. Target BRAF encodes a serine/threonine-protein kinase involved in the RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK signaling cascade. The G464R substitution, located in the kinase domain, leads to constitutive activation of downstream signaling, promoting cell proliferation and transformation. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
