The human BRAF (G466A) BAF3 cell line is designed for studying non-classical BRAF mutations and their roles in tumors, supporting drug development.
Human BRAF (G466A) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. The BRAF (G466A) mutant cell line is created by integrating the human BRAF gene with the G466A mutation into Ba/F3 cells using optimized lentiviral transduction.
Target
BRAF is a serine/threonine kinase functioning within the MAPK pathway. The G466A mutation is located in the kinase domain and results in deregulated kinase activity and ERK pathway hyperactivation. It is associated with non-V600E driven malignancies including melanoma and NSCLC. AcceGen offers precise BRAF mutation models for functional validation and drug discovery. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional.
