Human BRAF (K601N) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. BRAF (K601N) BAF3 mutant cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human BRAF gene harboring the K601N mutation into Ba/F3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
BRAF is a serine/threonine-protein kinase that functions in the RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK signaling cascade, controlling cell growth and survival. The K601N mutation is a class II BRAF mutation that promotes constitutive dimerization and activation independent of upstream RAS input. This variant is frequently detected in non-V600E cancers and contributes to therapy resistance in BRAF-targeted treatments. AcceGen offers custom-engineered stable overexpression models for a variety of oncogenic mutations. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
