Human Cardiac Progenitor Cells, Postnatal support heart regeneration studies, cardiac lineage differentiation, and postnatal myocardial repair modeling.
Human Cardiac Progenitor Cells (Postnatal) are isolated from enzymatically dissociated whole human heart tissue. These cells are cryopreserved at early passage. They typically display a spindle-shaped morphology. They exhibit strong expression of vimentin and other cardiac developmental markers, making them a valuable tool for studying cardiogenesis and cardiac cell lineage differentiation. Postnatal human cardiac progenitor cells (hCPCs) enable researchers to generate highly purified populations of cardiomyocytes and their precursors, supporting a range of in vitro, in vivo, and transplantation-based studies in both healthy and disease models. They are particularly well suited for applications in cardiac toxicology and cardiovascular development research. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria. To maintain optimal cell viability and function, repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided during handling and culture.

Human Cardiac Progenitor Cells (Postnatal) are isolated from postnatal heart tissue and serve as an excellent in vitro model for cardiac differentiation, regeneration, and stem cell therapy development. These cells hold regenerative potential and are studied for their role in replenishing cardiomyocytes after injury. They support heart tissue engineering and are instrumental in modeling cardiogenesis and postnatal cardiac repair.
