Human CD34+ bone marrow cells are derived from whole bone marrow and purified using magnetic cell separation.
Human CD34+ Bone Marrow Cells, Pooled, are isolated from healthy adult donors’ bone marrow. These cells represent a heterogeneous population of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs), characterized by CD34 expression, a well-established marker for early hematopoietic lineage. CD34+ bone marrow cells display multipotency, with the capacity to differentiate into various blood lineages including myeloid and lymphoid cells. These cells also express early hematopoietic markers such as CD133. These cells are typically round and non-adherent in culture and exhibit low proliferation without specific cytokine stimulation. The cells are cryopreserved immediately post-isolation, ensuring viability and functionality. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human CD34+ Bone Marrow Cells are widely used in hematopoietic research, stem cell biology, and CD34+ cell therapy research. Their ability to engraft and reconstitute hematopoiesis in immunodeficient mouse models makes them a valuable tool for preclinical transplantation studies. Additionally, they serve as an essential model for modeling hematological malignancies, bone marrow niche interactions, and evaluating hematotoxic drug effects.
