Human Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells are ideal for leukemia mechanism research, drug screening, and hematologic disease studies.
Human Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (BMMCs) (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) are freshly isolated from the bone marrow of newly diagnosed, treatment-naïve chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patients, providing a valuable system for studying CLL diagnosis biomarkers. These mononuclear cells primarily consist of abnormal clonal B lymphocytes, along with a minor population of T cells, monocytes, and hematopoietic progenitors, enabling detailed analysis of CLL immune cell profiles. The isolated cells are cryopreserved immediately after isolation Morphologically, CLL B cells appear small and mature with a high nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio, and they typically grow in suspension. Cytogenetic profiling reveals common CLL-associated chromosomal abnormalities, such as del(13q), del(11q), or trisomy 12. These cells are functionally characterized by impaired apoptosis, increased survival signaling, and immune evasion. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

These primary BMMCs serve as a valuable ex vivo model for investigating CLL pathogenesis, drug sensitivity, immune evasion, and microenvironmental interactions. Researchers can use these cells to evaluate the effects of novel therapeutic agents targeting B-cell receptor signaling, apoptosis resistance (e.g., BCL2 inhibitors), and immune modulation. Furthermore, they are instrumental in studying the bone marrow niche and resistance mechanisms in CLL, contributing to the development of more effective and personalized treatment strategies. These cells are also used to profile immune cell subsets and assess T cell dysfunction in the CLL microenvironment.
