Description

Human Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia Peripheral Blood CD19+ B Cells (Relapsed/Refractory) are primary cells isolated from the peripheral blood of patients diagnosed with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). These human-derived B lymphocytes represent the malignant population in CLL and typically co-express CD5 and CD23 in alongside to CD19. The cells are enriched using immunomagnetic separation and immediately cryopreserved to preserve viability and phenotype. They exhibit small, round morphology in suspension and are non-adherent. Functionally, CLL B cells display impaired apoptosis, dysregulated signaling pathways, and resistance to immune clearance, making them highly valuable for studying disease mechanisms, immune evasion, and therapeutic resistance. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Application

  • Human Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia Peripheral Blood CD19⁺ B Cells (Relapsed/Refractory) are ideal for investigating the molecular and cellular basis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia, particularly in the context of relapsed or drug-refractory disease. They can be used to study B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling, apoptosis resistance, gene expression changes under therapeutic stress, and response to small molecules, monoclonal antibodies, or CAR-T constructs.
