Description

Human Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia Peripheral Blood CD19+ B Cells, Untreated are primary B lymphocytes isolated from the peripheral blood of human donors diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who have not received prior treatment. These cells represent the malignant population in CLL and are enriched using immunomagnetic separation targeting CD19. They also typically co-express CD5 and CD23, confirmed via flow cytometry. The cells are small, round, non-adherent, and remain in suspension. Functionally, they exhibit impaired apoptosis and dysregulated B cell receptor signaling, contributing to immune evasion and disease progression. These cells are valuable for studying the early pathogenesis of CLL, immune dysfunction, and biomarker identification in untreated patients. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Application

  • Human Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia Peripheral Blood CD19+ B Cells, Untreated are ideal for studying the molecular and cellular mechanisms of early-stage chronic lymphocytic leukemia without therapeutic influence. They serve as a model for immune dysfunction, leukemogenesis, and drug screening in treatment-naïve contexts. Researchers can use them for biomarker discovery, evaluating the effects of experimental therapeutics, and profiling gene or protein expression in a physiologically relevant system.
