Chronic Myeloid Leukemia-Bone Marrow-Mononuclear Cells are isolated by diluting Chronic Myeloid Leukemia bone marrow with phosphate-buffered saline and using gradient separation techniques. After centrifugation, the Mononuclear Cells layer is collected. Chronic Myeloid LeukemiaMononuclear Cells can be processed further to isolate subpopulations. Chronic Myeloid Leukemia-Bone MarrowMononuclear Cells are available in either the chronic phase or accelerated/blast crisis phase.
