Human Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (Accelerated/Blast Crisis)

Description

Human Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (BMMNCs) (Accelerated/Blast Crisis) are isolated from bone marrow samples of patients in the accelerated or blast crisis phase of CML. These mononuclear cells include a heterogeneous population of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells, myeloid blasts, and other leukemic cells associated with disease progression. Cells are derived from human bone marrow tissue and represent advanced, aggressive disease stages characterized by increased blast percentage and genetic abnormalities. Morphologically, these cells vary in size and shape but are primarily non-adherent and cultured in suspension. They display dysregulated signaling pathways and aberrant phenotypes linked to CML progression. Karyotype and genetic characteristics may vary depending on the donor and disease stage. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
