CLIP1_LTK (F568C) NIH/3T3 Cell Line enables exploration of oncogenic CLIP1_LTK fusion mutations and their role in tumor progression and therapy resistance.
Human CLIP1_LTK (F568C) NIH/3T3 Cell Line is a murine fibroblast cell line stably expressing the human CLIP1_LTK fusion with the F568C mutation. NIH/3T3 cells are frequently used in oncogene transformation assays, and this model is specifically designed to assess the oncogenic potential of mutant LTK fusions in solid tumors.
Target
The CLIP1_LTK fusion involves the linkage of the CLIP1 promoter to the LTK (leukocyte tyrosine kinase) kinase domain, a known oncogenic driver in lung and other cancers. The F568C substitution within the kinase domain may enhance constitutive signaling and oncogenic activity.
AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
