Description

Human CLIP1_LTK (G596R) BAF3 Overexpression Cell Line is constructed by stably introducing human CLIP1_LTK fusion containing the G596R mutation into Ba/F3 cells using lentiviral vectors. Clones are selected and confirmed at the gene level by qRT-PCR, with passage numbers kept below 20.
Target
The CLIP1_LTK fusion protein functions as a constitutively active tyrosine kinase. The G596R mutation enhances its oncogenic potential, contributing to abnormal proliferation and survival in hematologic malignancies.
