Human CLIP1_LTK (G663A) BAF3 Cell Line is developed from Ba/F3 cells through stable lentiviral introduction of the CLIP1-LTK fusion gene with a G663A substitution. The cell line is maintained at <P20 and expression is validated by qRT-PCR. Target CLIP1-LTK fusion genes activate mitogenic pathways. The G663A mutation may affect ATP binding and alter drug sensitivity. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest.
