Description

Human CLIP1_LTK (L590M) BAF3 Cell Line is a Ba/F3-derived model stably expressing the CLIP1-LTK fusion with the L590M mutation, generated by lentiviral transduction. Expanded under low passage conditions, gene expression is confirmed by qRT-PCR.
Target
The L590M mutation resides within the LTK kinase domain and is associated with enhanced kinase function and oncogenic potential. CLIP1-LTK fusions are emerging targets in fusion-driven cancers.
