Human CLIP1_LTK (L650F) BAF3 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered Ba/F3 model expressing the CLIP1-LTK fusion harboring the L650F mutation. The gene is stably integrated using lentiviral vectors, and expression is validated via qRT-PCR. Cells are maintained below passage 20.
Target
CLIP1_LTK fusion activates LTK kinase signaling, and the L650F mutation enhances kinase activity, driving oncogenesis in certain non-small cell lung cancers.
