Human EGFR_vIVb BAF3 Cell Line is designed for functional studies of EGFR_vIVb isoform in tumorigenesis and evaluating potential therapeutic strategies.
Human EGFR_vIVb BAF3 Overexpression Cell Line is developed from Ba/F3 cells by stable lentiviral integration of the EGFR variant IVb, a constitutively active mutant associated with glioblastoma. The cells are maintained under early passage conditions (<P20) and validated by qRT-PCR. Target EGFR variant IVb is a truncated receptor isoform lacking part of the extracellular domain, leading to ligand-independent dimerization and signaling. It drives persistent activation of downstream pathways including PI3K and MAPK, promoting tumor progression. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
