Human EML4_ALK (F1174C_G1202R) BAF3 Cell Line is a murine Ba/F3-derived model expressing the EML4-ALK fusion gene with F1174C and G1202R mutations. The model is established by lentiviral delivery and maintained below passage 20. Gene expression is verified by qRT-PCR.
Target
EML4-ALK fusions drive oncogenesis via constitutive ALK kinase activity. F1174C and G1202R variants promote enhanced signaling and drug resistance.
