The human ERBB2 (G776S) BAF3 cell line provides an ideal platform for researching key HER2-related tumor biomarkers and precision oncology .
Human ERBB2 (G776S) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. ERBB2 (G776S) BAF3 mutant cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human ERBB2 gene harboring the G776S mutation into Ba/F3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
ERBB2 (HER2) is a receptor tyrosine kinase involved in the regulation of cell growth and differentiation through PI3K/AKT and MAPK pathways. The G776S mutation, located in the kinase domain, leads to constitutive activation of ERBB2 and has been associated with increased oncogenic potential and resistance to targeted therapies. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression and point-mutant cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
