Description

The ETV6 LCK BAF3 Cell Line expresses a chimeric gene combining the transcriptional regulator ETV6 and the SRC-family kinase LCK. Stable integration via lentiviral vector enables constitutive kinase activation in BAF3 cells. Clonal selection and validation are performed via gene expression analysis.
Target
ETV6-LCK fusion leads to constitutive LCK activation, contributing to leukemogenesis by activating downstream STAT5 and PI3K signaling. This rare fusion has been reported in T-ALL.
