Description

Human ETV6_LCK BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. ETV6_LCK BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of an exogenous human ETV6-LCK fusion gene into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
ETV6-LCK is a fusion oncoprotein that aberrantly activates T-cell receptor signaling, contributing to the development of hematologic malignancies. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
