Human ETV6_LCK BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. ETV6_LCK BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of an exogenous human ETV6-LCK fusion gene into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
ETV6-LCK is a fusion oncoprotein that aberrantly activates T-cell receptor signaling, contributing to the development of hematologic malignancies.
