The FGFR2 (C382R) BAF3 cell line is a genetically engineered model suitable for studying the FGFR2 signaling pathway and tumor treatment interventions.
Human FGFR2 (C382R) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. FGFR2 (C382R) BAF3 mutant cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human FGFR2 gene harboring the C382R mutation into Ba/F3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
FGFR2 encodes a receptor tyrosine kinase essential for development and cellular homeostasis. The C382R mutation occurs in the extracellular domain and induces ligand-independent receptor dimerization and constitutive activation, promoting tumorigenic signaling. It has been identified in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and endometrial carcinoma. AcceGen offers generation of stable mutant cell lines with defined oncogenic alterations. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
