Description

Human FGFR2 (K659Q) BICC1 BAF3 Cell Line is a lentivirally transduced Ba/F3 model that stably expresses the FGFR2-BICC1 fusion with a K659Q point mutation. Cells are cultured under low passage conditions (<P20), and gene overexpression is validated using qRT-PCR techniques. Target The FGFR2 K659Q mutation within the FGFR2-BICC1 fusion enhances kinase activity and contributes to oncogenesis via activation of RAS/MAPK and PI3K/AKT signaling. It is frequently associated with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and other FGFR2 fusion-positive tumors.
