The human FGFR2 (L617V) BICC1 BAF3 Cell Line provides a model for FGFR2-altered tumor biology and facilitates screening of FGFR-targeted inhibitors.
Human FGFR2 (L617V) BICC1 BAF3 Cell Line is a stable Ba/F3-derived model expressing the FGFR2-BICC1 fusion with the L617V point mutation. Lentiviral transduction ensures durable expression, verified by qRT-PCR. Low passage numbers (<P20) are maintained. Target The FGFR2-BICC1 fusion is an oncogenic driver in biliary tract cancers. The L617V mutation lies within the kinase domain and may influence inhibitor binding and downstream signaling fidelity. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
