Human FGFR2-BICC1 (N652S) BAF3 Cell Line supports investigation of altered FGFR signaling pathways and development of FGFR-targeted drug therapies.
Human FGFR2 (N652S) BICC1 BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically modified Ba/F3 cell model engineered to stably express the FGFR2-BICC1 fusion harboring the N652S mutation. The fusion construct is introduced using lentiviral vectors under optimized conditions. Low passage numbers are preserved (<P20), and the expression of the mutant fusion is confirmed by qRT-PCR. Target FGFR2-BICC1 fusion proteins, particularly those with activating mutations such as N652S, are implicated in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. These fusions cause constitutive activation of FGFR2 tyrosine kinase activity, leading to aberrant downstream signaling through PI3K/AKT and MAPK pathways. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
