Human FGFR3-TACC3 (N540K) BAF3 Cell Line is ideal for evaluating fusion-driven signaling pathways and resistance to FGFR-targeted therapies.
The FGFR3 (N540K) TACC3 BAF3 Cell Line is established by stable lentiviral expression of the FGFR3-TACC3 fusion with an additional N540K mutation in BAF3 cells. The N540K substitution is a known oncogenic driver, promoting constitutive kinase activity. Edited cells are validated via qRT-PCR and maintained at low passages.
Target
FGFR3-TACC3 fusions are found in bladder cancer and glioblastoma. The N540K mutation enhances autophosphorylation and activation of downstream signaling. This model serves as a platform to study FGFR3 oncogenicity and response to inhibitors targeting the altered kinase domain. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
