Frozen/Untouched PB CD19+/CD27+ Memory B cells ,Purified CD19+/CD27+ memory B cells; tools for immunology, infectious disease and vaccine development.
Human Frozen/Untouched Peripheral Blood (PB) CD19⁺/CD27⁺ Memory B Cells are isolated from healthy donor peripheral blood using negative selection methods that preserve their native state without activation or labeling. Morphologically, these cells exhibit typical small to medium lymphocyte size with a high nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratio. These cells represent a key subset of memory B lymphocytes characterized by the expression of CD19 (a pan-B cell marker) and CD27, a hallmark of antigen-experienced memory B cells. Memory B cells play a vital role in adaptive immunity by enabling rapid and robust antibody responses upon antigen re-exposure. They maintain immunological memory related to infections, vaccinations, and autoimmune disorders. This untouched isolation preserves functional integrity, making them ideal for downstream assays.

These CD19⁺/CD27⁺ memory B cells are widely used in immunological research to study humoral immune responses, vaccine efficacy, and B cell-mediated autoimmune diseases. They are ideal for functional assays such as B cell receptor (BCR) repertoire analysis, antibody production studies, and single-cell sequencing. The untouched state allows precise evaluation of native cell functions and interactions without activation artifacts.
