Human Frozen/Untouched PB CD19+/IgD+ Naïve B Cells, negatively isolated for immunology studies, enabling detailed analysis of naive B cell function.
Human Frozen/Untouched PB CD19+/IgD+ Naïve B Cells are derived from the peripheral blood of healthy individuals. They are purified through negative immunomagnetic bead separation, which removes non-B cell subsets, thereby retaining the population of antigen-inexperienced naïve B cells. Morphologically, these cells exhibit a round or oval shape, with scant cytoplasm and a high nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio. Functionally, these cells serve as the starting point of the humoral immune response. After recognizing antigens through the B cell receptor (BCR), they can differentiate into germinal center B cells or plasma cells, participating in antibody affinity maturation and the formation of immunological memory. In addition, they can modulate T cell responses through antigen presentation and cytokine secretion (e.g., IL-6 and IL-10), though naïve B cells generally secrete lower cytokine levels than memory B cells. Flow cytometry analysis allows detailed characterization of CD19+ IgD+ B cell populations and helps define the composition of naïve B cell subsets in peripheral blood. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Frozen/Untouched PB CD19+/IgD+ Naïve B Cells can be used to explore B cell receptor (BCR) signal transduction, antigen recognition mechanisms via BCR, and the molecular regulatory network of differentiation into plasma cells or memory B cells. They can also be used to evaluate B cell activation and antibody production in response to antigenic stimulation in vitro.
