The human GOPC_ROS1 BAF3 Cell Line is widely used for exploring oncogenic fusion protein activity and targeted therapies in cancer research.
Human GOPC_ROS1 BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from murine BAF3 cells based on customers’ requirement. This cell line is created by lentiviral-mediated integration of a fusion construct encoding human GOPC-ROS1 into BAF3 host cells. The fusion expression cassette is confirmed and validated at gene level by qRT-PCR. Cells are maintained under low passage (<P20). Target GOPC-ROS1 is a fusion oncogene resulting from chromosomal rearrangement, where the GOPC coiled-coil domain drives constitutive activation of the ROS1 tyrosine kinase. This aberration is observed in glioblastoma and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
