Human IL4Ra_IL2RG 293T Cell Line is designed to study cytokine receptor interactions and signaling pathways in immune cell biology research.
Human IL4Ra_IL2RG 293T Cell Line is a genetically engineered model based on human embryonic kidney 293T cells, stably co-expressing IL4Ra and IL2RG. Constructs are delivered using lentiviral transduction and validated by qRT-PCR. Cells are maintained at low passage numbers (<P20). Target IL4Ra and IL2RG are receptor subunits critical for interleukin signaling. Their co-expression activates JAK-STAT6 pathways and plays key roles in immune response and allergic inflammation. Abnormal expression is implicated in immune disorders and certain leukemias. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
