Description

Human KIF5B_RET (V738A) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. KIF5B_RET (V738A) BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of an exogenous human KIF5B-RET fusion gene with a V738A mutation into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
KIF5B-RET gene fusion results in ligand-independent RET signaling. The V738A mutation is located within the RET kinase domain and may influence conformation or drug sensitivity.
