Human MPL (W515A) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. MPL (W515A) BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human MPL (W515A) mutant gene into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The MPL gene encodes a key receptor regulating hematopoietic stem cell function and platelet production. The W515A mutation induces constitutive receptor activation and promotes myeloproliferative transformation. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
