Human NCOA4_RET BAF3 Cell Line, NCOA4, RET, Overexpression Stable Cell Lines, Transfected Stable Cell Lines
Human NCOA4_RET BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered murine pro-B cell line stably expressing the human NCOA4_RET fusion gene. The Ba/F3 cell line is an interleukin-3 (IL-3)–dependent cell line that becomes IL-3–independent upon expression of oncogenic tyrosine kinases, making it an ideal system to study the transforming ability of NCOA4_RET fusion.
Target
NCOA4_RET is a gene fusion involving nuclear receptor coactivator 4 (NCOA4) and RET (REarranged during Transfection), observed in thyroid and lung cancers. RET fusions lead to constitutive RET kinase activation, promoting downstream oncogenic signaling. The NCOA4_RET fusion provides a model to investigate RET-driven tumorigenesis and targeted inhibition.
AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
