The human NRAS (G12C_A59T) BAF3 Cell Line enables studies on combined NRAS mutations’ role in cancer cell growth and resistance mechanisms.
Human NRAS (G12C_A59T) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from murine pro-B Ba/F3 parental cells based on customers’ requirement. NRAS (G12C_A59T) BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human NRAS carrying G12C and A59T double mutations into Ba/F3 host cells using our optimized lentiviral vector transduction system. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
NRAS is a member of the RAS oncogene family involved in signaling pathways such as MAPK and PI3K/AKT. The G12C and A59T mutations cooperate to enhance oncogenic potential through altered GTPase activity and signaling output. These variants are linked to hematologic malignancies and RASopathy syndromes. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
