The NRAS (G13A) NIH/3T3 Cell Line enables analysis of NRAS-driven oncogenic pathways and helps evaluate targeted inhibitors in preclinical cancer studies.
Human NRAS (G13A) NIH/3T3 Cell Line is a stable NIH/3T3 line expressing the G13A mutant of human NRAS. This variant allows for detailed exploration of altered Ras pathway signaling in a fibroblast context.
Target
NRAS is a small GTPase regulating cell proliferation and survival. The G13A mutation affects the GTP-binding domain, potentially altering downstream signal transduction. It has been identified in certain hematologic and solid tumors.
AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
