Human NRAS (G13A) NIH/3T3 Cell Line is a stable NIH/3T3 line expressing the G13A mutant of human NRAS. This variant allows for detailed exploration of altered Ras pathway signaling in a fibroblast context.
Target
NRAS is a small GTPase regulating cell proliferation and survival. The G13A mutation affects the GTP-binding domain, potentially altering downstream signal transduction. It has been identified in certain hematologic and solid tumors.
