Human NRAS (Q61E) BAF3 Cell Line facilitates study of NRAS mutations in leukemic transformation and the evaluation of MAPK pathway-targeted therapies.
Human NRAS (Q61E) BAF3 Overexpression Cell Line is established by introducing the human NRAS Q61E mutation into Ba/F3 cells using lentiviral vectors. Stable cell lines are maintained under passage number <P20 and validated by qRT-PCR for gene overexpression. Target NRAS is a small GTPase that transduces signals from growth factor receptors to downstream effectors such as MAPK and PI3K pathways. The Q61E mutation abrogates GTPase activity, resulting in sustained activation and cellular transformation. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
