The NRAS (Q61H) BAF3 cell line provides an ideal model for cancer research, supporting functional analysis of NRAS activation and sensitivity studies.
Human NRAS (Q61H) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. NRAS (Q61H) BAF3 mutant cell line is established via stable lentiviral transduction of human NRAS containing the Q61H substitution into Ba/F3 cells.
Target
NRAS plays a pivotal role in controlling cell fate through MAPK and PI3K pathways. The Q61H mutation disrupts GTP hydrolysis, maintaining NRAS in an active conformation and supporting aberrant proliferative signaling. This hotspot mutation is enriched in melanoma and leukemia. AcceGen provides advanced mutant models to uncover oncogenic RAS signaling and resistance mechanisms. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
