Human OS8_CLEC2D CHOK1 Cell Line is a stable Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) model engineered to express the OS8-CLEC2D fusion gene through lentiviral vector-mediated transduction. Gene expression is confirmed via qRT-PCR, and cell expansion is controlled below passage 20 to ensure consistency.
Target
CLEC2D (also known as LLT1) is a ligand for the NK cell receptor NKR-P1A and modulates immune surveillance. The OS8 fusion may influence ligand-receptor interactions and downstream immune signaling in tumor microenvironments.
